How long does shipping take?

Every Deskhaus product is made to order. This means we don’t hold stock — your piece is printed specifically for you. Allow 1–2 business days for production, plus standard shipping time (2–5 days depending on your location in Australia).

What material are your products made from?

We use high-quality PLA filament, a rigid, lightweight material ideal for desk accessories. Our products are designed for indoor use and perform best in standard room temperatures.

Can I get a custom colour?

We currently offer a curated range of colours to maintain our aesthetic standard. If you’re after something specific, reach out via our contact page — we’ll see what we can do.

Do you accept returns?

Because each product is made to order, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right immediately.

Do you ship internationally?

We’re Australia-only for now. International shipping coming soon — follow @deskhaus on TikTok and Instagram for updates.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes — for orders of 5+ units (e.g. for an office fitout), contact us for a bulk pricing quote.
