Studio closure — 16 to 26 September 2026
Our studio is closed from 16 to 26 September. You can still order at any time, but nothing will be dispatched during this period. Dispatch resumes Monday 28 September. Express shipping is unavailable for orders placed during the closure.
Processing and dispatch
Every Deskhaus piece is made to order rather than picked from stock. Current shipping times are 7 to 10 business days from order to dispatch. You'll receive tracking by email once your parcel is on its way.
Shipping rates — Australia
- Standard: $8.95 Australia-wide
- Free standard shipping on orders over $49
- Express: $18. Express affects transit time after dispatch — it does not shorten the make-to-order time above.
International
We ship internationally. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.
Returns
Because each piece is made specifically for you, we don't offer change-of-mind returns on made-to-order items. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us at hello@deskhaus.com.au and we'll replace it or refund you.
Please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery where you can — it helps us sort things out quickly — but this is a request, not a deadline, and nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
